I don’t even know who DMC5 . Have never had any official dealings with them. ****s, ****mers and ********* ******…they phoned me alleging I owe them money when I have never had any dealings with them. They make up stories but fail to prove that you signed up for any agreement nor money with them. They don’t even have legit offices or available email addresses .
They must be rated zero...! Have received a number of calls from some call center agents claiming I have an outstanding balance, despite having no prior dealings or agreements with your organization. I was not presented with any proof of a signed agreement or financial transaction between us, which raises serious concerns regarding the validity of these claims. They have continuously failed to provide any relevant documentation to support this false allegation.
I bought goods on the 24th Nov 2023. I was promised that they would be delivered between 2-5 days .It has now been 13 days but still no goods received .No updates have been sent either .I have sent their helpdesk 4 emails and all have been ignored . Order was MAK5569911
Please have an option for zero. I sent them a cancellation request in Dec 2021 . Well guess what . They continued to milk me. Dec 2021 they debited me, January 2022 they again have debited me. They have no customer empathy whatso ever. They are all about getting your money. No matter what .
I ordered #MAK3247745 online but I still have not received it to date . It has now been 47 days still no goods received. They have not phoned me nor sent me any explanation in writing . They have failed to maintain their 21 days delivery promise. I bought my good in Nov 28, 2021 . Extremely poor service . Pathetic and no customer empathy what so ever.
I have made a payment via my credit card but have since changed my mind.No services were rendered and no time was spent. It was an instant change of mind however the transaction had already been done. I trie contacting Fresh Start Law Centre and spoke to "Qasim Taylor " who promised me that this would be sorted out the following day. I have given them 6 days to check all their financials ,then verify this and ensure it is refunded back to me. Invoice Number 3488 is what is reflecting on my side . Unfortunately to date I get no responses, they ignore all my emails. I have sent them 5 emails already but still no feed back. I need my money back.
They make you hold on the phone for 17 minutes before you can actually speak to a consultant. Then finally when we do speak to one(consultant) they lack answers and knowledge. They do not respond to email. I have sent them 11 emails but not once have they bothered to get back t me and provide explanations. I spoke to two of their call centre consultants and boy did they sell me the world. BUT they never even kept one promise they made. No followup,No feedback and no resolutions. To date, I am still owed cash amount from them but they have not paid but rather ignore my questions and mails. This is the worse treatment I have ever received from a medical aid scheme. I can only imagine how pathetic they are when one needs them for emergency approvals. The name of this scheme should be changed from BEST to WORSE.
