After being a well paying client for a year. I've had an issue with a part of the vehicle for almost a month. A part that was glue on, that Ive since found out. SHOCKING!!! I've sent several emails almost on a daily basis. I get told they prioritize accidents and breakdowns. isn't a fault part considered a breakdown? Then I get told the guy is on leave and there is a process.... a month long? Yet payment is expected. I will no longer support this company and also wondered why they have the most awful online reviews. They also have refused on several occasions to put me in touch with the owner or some form of management. I'm utterly frustrated now with this company. I will be terminating my contract with them. I do not recommend because if something goes wrong especially if it a fault or error on their side they are not prompt nor professional in dealing with the matter.
