Bad service with Rentadeal
These are ****mers in a name of Rentadeal and the contract They gave me an old car that was over hearting before, but they never said that , I paid R13000 for it then I took it After that the car gave me problems within a week, the car gave me over heating problem all the way 5km I put water ,I got video as proof, they ignored me , then the problem got worse , they said I must take it to the RMI workshop and they said I'm the one must pay , I said to them never they book the car back to Capetown, all these happens I'm in Durban , After that they took long to tow the car , after that they were sending statements demanding me to pay the installments o said how can I paid for a car that is with you and I'm not using it , after that the wards they took the car. Never paid my deposit back Never never never try with this one's

Bad service with Rentadeal

Bad service!!!!
After being a well paying client for a year. I've had an issue with a part of the vehicle for almost a month. A part that was glue on, that Ive since found out. SHOCKING!!! I've sent several emails almost on a daily basis. I get told they prioritize accidents and breakdowns. isn't a fault part considered a breakdown? Then I get told the guy is on leave and there is a process.... a month long? Yet payment is expected. I will no longer support this company and also wondered why they have the most awful online reviews. They also have refused on several occasions to put me in touch with the owner or some form of management. I'm utterly frustrated now with this company. I will be terminating my contract with them. I do not recommend because if something goes wrong especially if it a fault or error on their side they are not prompt nor professional in dealing with the matter.

Rude Area Manager
I have a rental car from Rentadeal in Voortrekker road in Goodwood I have been paying it for 3 to 4 months without any late payment. The car was impounded and it was not the only car they had 3 cars that were impounded now they told me mine one was not found and I ask them what about their tracker .hours later they told me they find the car I must pay the impound fee I paid the fee of 7000 of which I don't have a problem with but my main concern is I went to court to negotiate for my fine of 2500 and was decreased to 1500 now they told me I will not get change where's I am the one who went to court and fine came down from from 2500 t0 1500 and I am asking them why ,the way the Area Manager was so rude to us and he even says he is going to pay himself with the money that was supposed to be my change and he is Canceling the contract and I will not get my deposit because of impounded car.

Great service and transparency.
Thank you for the great service. Was abit skeptical at first but Ricardo answers all the questions I had and has been very transparent from the start. Need to go back in 2 weeks because I'm not happy with the scratches and they advised that I would get a curtasy car while the car gets a paint job. Thank you for your assist and look forward to a good relationship with Rentadeal

Great service and transparency.

Most Horrific Company
Please people, do not fall for this companies empty promises and "sweet deals", just because you need wheels. They will rob you of your last few rands and provide you with one very disappointing vehicle... that will probably brake down like mine did in 3 days. Then they will lie and accuse you of negligence. I have various proof of this should anyone require reference before dealing with them.

Rentadeal Paarden Eiland, If you thinking about going there DONT DO IT. Rather keep and save for the car that you want. U will never see your deposit again. NEVER!!! Sales guys is all nice but the Finance dept dont care. The same money you pay for a rental with high mileage is the same price on a brand new car with no mileage.Just dont go there and dnt do rentals even if it seems like its your last hope.Still waiting for my balance owed.

Rentadeal Paarden Eiland, If you thinking about going there DONT DO IT. Rather keep and save for the car that you want. U will never see your deposit again. NEVER!!! BE WARNED DONT ANY MAKE ANY DEALS ITS BETTER YOU Save your money and about RENTADEAL(PAARDEN EILAND Cape Town ,a RENT to own company based in Paarden Eiland. They have robbed me 12800 deposit which markete as 10000 ,misleading the consumer and they are looking for any ways to get a quick cash from people. They will bill you for everything in you name, just mess up your credit score, because they known we are desperate to get in driving own wheels. Everytime there is dispute in their contracts so many irregularities, they threaten you by saying you dont be comply we will collect our car , their collections un proffesional,very rude collection team (road and assistance collection team)RAC which never shown when you need their assistance. One time they give me a old battery, they claim they will bill for every call outs. Its tough people are greedy be warned. Dont make any deals with them, its easy and quick approvals

Rentadeal - Beware of exorbitant charges
Be very careful when opting for a rent to buy vehicle from Rentadeal. They will look for any loopholes to deduct charges from your deposit that was paid. I paid a R15,000 deposit as a requirement which formed part of the rental agreement with Rentadeal. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to pay the monthly rental on the 1st. of the month. The vehicle was collected on the 14th of the month. However, they deducted a full month's rental as well as an exorbitant amount for collection fee. People be very very careful with Rentadeal - there are some reputable Rent to Own companies out there.
