Still waiting on refund after a month... Wasting my airtime and data. Hi Pick n pay I've been contacting about this query over and over. Using my airtime with nobody assisting me and I don't think it is fair. I could have used with against my other orders. Nobody is assisting me about my refund I wished to use against another order instead its costed me airtime with no one even returning my calls when my airtime cut and im on maternity leave with a demanding baby and trying to fix your error with just getting my money to use again at your business. I felt like putting this on social media but trust it will get to the correct person. See attached I'm so tired of explaining but never received my refund you also disappointed me with the order by not delivering or calling to say it wont be delivered as I had people over that evening and had to make alternative arrangements. Really not nice and I wouldn't want anyone to know about my terrible experience but If i dont get feedback I'm forced to.
Thank you for the great service. Was abit skeptical at first but Ricardo answers all the questions I had and has been very transparent from the start. Need to go back in 2 weeks because I'm not happy with the scratches and they advised that I would get a curtasy car while the car gets a paint job. Hi I did an order online and the address is not correct as I moved a few months ago. I called your call centre and they keep dropping the calls. I sent a message on facebook and still no reply. Hi, I do not have time to go into a branch to open an account so I did it online. I app**** for a MiGoals Plus account. Nice thing is that I got a account number and welcome letter and salary switch letter to have my account changed at HR for my salary however my surname is not correct. I callled your call centre and they are not helpful. Please can you assist with the name change and also please send a new salary switch letter with my name as it is on my ID.
Good morning I do monthly online purchases when it is month end or beginning of month I avoid going to Pick n Pay Hyper due to queues. I bought a few things yesterday and got delivered to me however over half the eggs are damaged. I have pictures as I saw before opening the eggs that the carton is wet. and what is disappointing with Pick n Pay in this regard is that I need to drive to the store to return where as I use the delivery to avoid the queues due to my busy life. I am a valued customer.
I just moved and need fibre and ordered and paid for the installation however you are not getting back to me as promised. Please can you advise what is happening?
Good day I moved and called your call centre numerous times as I am not getting any signal. I get advised that they will call back but nobody calls. its nearly a week without internet. Please can someone assist me urgently.
What an embarrassment with the way the chicken was made in Athlone today. My manager has never eaten chicken licken and I asked her to buy as I placed an order with Mr D. We received our order and the coleslaw was mixed in the chips and quite a mess. However your chicken was terrible. I felt as if I don't have taste the way I was bragging about chicken licken
Good afternoon I think I have been very patient with my refund and when I asked to have it transferred to the other line I pay you guys couldn't do that and I only managed to pay it yesterday. Even though I paid yesterday only I still had to pay for the full month. Now with your delay on your end I don't get reimbursed with nothing. I will use every platform I can to let people know of your pathetic service.
