Bad service with Rentadeal

These are ****mers in a name of Rentadeal and the contract

They gave me an old car that was over hearting before, but they never said that , I paid R13000 for it then I took it

After that the car gave me problems within a week, the car gave me over heating problem all the way 5km I put water ,I got video as proof, they ignored me , then the problem got worse , they said I must take it to the RMI workshop and they said I'm the one must pay , I said to them never they book the car back to Capetown, all these happens I'm in Durban ,

After that they took long to tow the car , after that they were sending statements demanding me to pay the installments o said how can I paid for a car that is with you and I'm not using it , after that the wards they took the car. Never paid my deposit back
