I would like to write a review about Webuycars
I would like to write a review about Webuycars.co.za. I bought my car at Webuycars in Brackenfell(WC)and my sales assistant was Yusuf. I thank you for assisting me and be there to assist. He help me and gave me a chance to make my own decision and at we buy cars they good customer service and friendly .

Rude Area Manager
I have a rental car from Rentadeal in Voortrekker road in Goodwood I have been paying it for 3 to 4 months without any late payment. The car was impounded and it was not the only car they had 3 cars that were impounded now they told me mine one was not found and I ask them what about their tracker .hours later they told me they find the car I must pay the impound fee I paid the fee of 7000 of which I don't have a problem with but my main concern is I went to court to negotiate for my fine of 2500 and was decreased to 1500 now they told me I will not get change where's I am the one who went to court and fine came down from from 2500 t0 1500 and I am asking them why ,the way the Area Manager was so rude to us and he even says he is going to pay himself with the money that was supposed to be my change and he is Canceling the contract and I will not get my deposit because of impounded car.

Dstv internet
I have paid my dstv internet package (R499)on the 3rd and I was told to pay R603 of which is not the price of the package I have and I didn't have a choice but to pay it.i have been calling dstv since the 3rd till today my internet or data is not loaded on my router. When I call them their customer service agent transfer my call from this to that person and I am using my airtime and I don't get help .Please don't sell something you don't have because now we are paying for internet service of which you people can't deliver.

Game Store Somerset mall
Bad customer service My sister bought a TV and it's not working and we went there and we were told as long we have the proof that the TV was bought there they will fix it and it must show which day and serial number must be there. Firstly the lady that was helping her ask for her personal details and that promised her they will contact her back but after a week nobody called and she decided she must go and check because she has been waiting for so long for a call . Today we went again there with the proof and the lady at customer service told us she can't help us and we ask for manager and we were told the manager is in a meeting but the funny part is she call the manager and told him or her that we are there the same person who cant come and talk to us because of meeting can talk with her on the phone..its bad and rude to treat customers like that.
