Rude Area Manager

I have a rental car from Rentadeal in Voortrekker road in Goodwood I have been paying it for 3 to 4 months without any late payment. The car was impounded and it was not the only car they had 3 cars that were impounded now they told me mine one was not found and I ask them what about their tracker .hours later they told me they find the car I must pay the impound fee I paid the fee of 7000 of which I don't have a problem with but my main concern is I went to court to negotiate for my fine of 2500 and was decreased to 1500 now they told me I will not get change where's I am the one who went to court and fine came down from from 2500 t0 1500 and I am asking them why ,the way the Area Manager was so rude to us and he even says he is going to pay himself with the money that was supposed to be my change and he is Canceling the contract and I will not get my deposit because of impounded car.
