I am writing to express my dissatisfaction as a consumer. I bought my son some scandal from one of your stores in Waterfront on May 8, 2025, but the strap has snapped. When I called the store on Thursday, they suggested that I bring the defective item in person. Only to have a store manager inform me that I must write to the customer support department. The money I had wasted to drive all the way to the store and to be told I need to send an email. I need to be compensated for my money and time wasted. The item did not even last for month, meaning it’s not fit for purpose.
