Terrible experience at Waterfront Court Lodge and Spa. We visited for my cousin's baby shower, but the day was ruined when I lost my iphone 14 and it wasn't recovered 😭💔. The lack of CCTV cameras hindered identifying the culprit, and the staff's conflicting statements added to our frustration. It appears one of the staff members, fami**** with the blind spots, stole my phone, and instead of taking responsibility, they protected her and prioritized the venue's image. Clearly, they need to improve security and communication. Unfortunately, our experience was subpar. Given it was my first and last visit, I won't be returning
