Excessive over charge

You must ask for estimated cost in advance before they proceed with work. They did a 2nd installation in my bedroom (had my own decoder) and charged me a whopping R6648.00 for this installation. It was my bad for not asking for cost estimate up front. I feel this is an excessive over charge for the work performed.
