Excessive over charge
You must ask for estimated cost in advance before they proceed with work. They did a 2nd installation in my bedroom (had my own decoder) and charged me a whopping R6648.00 for this installation. It was my bad for not asking for cost estimate up front. I feel this is an excessive over charge for the work performed.

Rude ****mers!!
These people are real ****mers. They charged us for a receiver 4X the actual cost and I wonder if they have installed a receiver? When I asked where they are from, they said "we live somewhere around here". Their invoice states Cape Town, but now they are ****ming people in Herm****. When you call them they immediately tell you there call out fee is R450, (most of the other places ask R650+) but they forget to tell you about their labor cost, and overcharging of parts. They are rude and have no manners and smell of alcohol. Please don't use them! This will teach me to Google companies first.

Bad service
Paid a lot of money to reconnect my dstv extra view they did o poor untidy job and did not setup the secondary tv had to call them again to finish the job and they charged me again for a call out. Very bad service from them would not recommend them to anyone please people don't support them

Poor DSTV installation service - Clearsite Installations
This is a company that is based and accredited by DSTV for installations, however the service is extremely poor. Feedback is non existing, and even if you follow up several times they do not stick to agreement or even contact you back - they just do not pitch for appointment. This is my second interaction with company, the first was similar - but was able to stomach it. The last appointment, I confirmed installation on the Saturday for the coming Thursday @ 12h00. It was confirmed in writing. Then I followed up on the Thursday morning @ 10h00. Again confirmed. 12h18 I followed up where they where and there was excuses made. Then was given a time of 14h00 in writing and on call, this time they did not even do effort to contact and just did not pitch.
