Misleading 24/7 Legal Support Claims for Businesses
Please do not advertise 24/7 legal support for businesses if assistance is not actually available outside business hours. When we contacted you on a Sunday morning requiring urgent support, we were informed that business support is only available from Monday at 08:00. Kindly ensure that your website clearly and accurately reflects your actual support hours to avoid any confusion or misrepresentation.

If You Get the Chance to Work With Gridweb, DO IT! Here is why...
Working with Gridweb has been one of the best business decisions we’ve made. One thing that quickly becomes apparent is that they are very selective about who they work with. Their client base (and company) is intentionally small, and they are particular --for good reason. Every recommendation is well considered, honest, and rooted in long-term thinking rather than short-term trends. The website has only been live for a few months and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Despite my (many) questions, the team was always patient, clear, and insightful. Blown Away by the Service and Results!
I guess like a lot of business owners, we wanted to feel proud of our website but more importantly wanted to work with right people that would understand our business and curate a website accordingly. We were looking for a company who saw our vision and was prepared to work with us, rather than relegating us to just being another job. Our website has been up for just a few days and I'm getting so much positive feedback from clients and colleagues that its a pleasure to leave a 5 star review for Gridweb. I asked the team an embarrassing number of questions throughout the process and got detailed informative answers.
