FedEx has delivered one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in years. No one takes accountability when something goes wrong, and emails, queries, and escalations are routinely ignored. I’ve only been a customer for about six months, but I’m already looking for alternatives. Nearly every interaction I’ve had so far has come with an issue, and each one has taken weeks to resolve due to poor communication and a lack of ownership. I expect clear feedback, timely responses, and a process that actually works. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience at all.
We used All Tech Compliance to obtain NCRS and ICASA approval. They had excellent knowledge of what certificates and tests were needed to obtain these. Both approvals have now been received and are very happy with the service they provided. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
