The service at MR Price Home Sandton City is so unacceptable, I went to replace my card and they could not pick up my account details on their system and they have been circling doing the same thing over and over. I asked them to call customer service online and they wouldn't, I had to call from my own phone and after speaking to the lady over the phone, they telling me that they have to call their helpdesk and that was after spending one hour at the store while they have been attending other customers in the meantime. I had to leave without getting assisted. Even the mood is as if they don't care
I placed an order for change of address 2 weeks before moving out and it's been a week since I moved in and nothing is happening, no ETA provided. As per the technical team, they don't have answers to that and referring me to the operations tram that I cannot email or call so basically I have to wait till they decide to call me or make it happen. The service is not good at all, home connect does not respect people time
