Worst experience of my life, always was the more restaurants, vibe was great food was great now a absolute disappointment note they will force you to pay 10% automatically added to you bill service fee.. No decision by the client to decide a tip based on good or bad performance.(that is what a tip is...) I live 1km from Hennies in Clubview and by forcing a tip on a client including the horrible steak that tasted like tuff shoes. Rater support local that Restaurant., this place is all about how many people they can push in to make money. It is complete failure to the poor patron that worked there, I wanted to give the waiter a 15% tip but there forcefully.method made the poor guy loose. If you are in Centurion I strongly recommend that you avoid Hennies in Clubview it is purely about money don't care about anything else. Pitty that we have such an awfull corporate eyesore within our small and quiet nabourhood. Really miss the old "More Restaurant" they stood for something
After more that 20 years of being client with the same account number, my account was frozen with no prior notice. I phoned the call center and they said my account has been frozen due not being RICA(my account was RICA or else I would not be able to use it for 20byears) I said no problem where can I upload the documents, only to find out unlike other banks that offer the service via there app Standard bank is 10 years behind and you have to visit a branch, no alternatives. I can unfortunately not visit a branch at the moment. They just said that is how it is, not our problem. I feel very disappointed that they offer no alternatives and have locked my accounts after 20 years without any prior notification. I do bank with other banks and have never had this problem, can easy upload documents, have not been in a branch for 10 years. Still do not have an answer on how to RICA if I can't go into a branch. Asked for a manager but manager was to busy to talk to me. I would recommend to any person placing your trust in Standard Bank to reconsider as you wil just one minute stand at a supermarket and can't pay for your groceries with your own money, while the call center just say "not our problem" and the manager is to busy to even bother to try and help.
