I like previous people who had the deal with ATM Solutions find that there services is absolutely appauling. They have no answers for their problems and it seems to me that this company is not legit. I feel that the business should be investigated as you cannot delete your account and if it is real they cannot spell because when you go to delete account the spelling is wrong. I would like to get feedback from the company as to their ligitmacy and to solve the problem i have with them. If no resolve it sould be reported to the highest authority of law and order. Like previous customers i would like to hear from them.
I am Client of FNB and app**** for a Credit Card through my banking consultant Duduzile Mkhatshwa and my application was denied even though my banking profile was upgraded to Premier account. I was very unhappy with this outcome and went back the the consultant who checked my profile and could not find any reason for the decline. I then made the decision to lodge my complaint on Hellopeter. But even after lodging the complaint and being contacted by the bank, the application was still declined. After Duduzile followed up with the credit card division again, I was contacted by the credit card division and asked to provide some additional documentation to support my application. Still my application was declined. This same person then contacted me again and requested that I submit even more documentation. She called me a day later to tell me that FNB Credit Card had still not approved my application, even though the card limit I was requesting was not even high. Even with a flawless financial record with FNB . I feel that I was badly treated by The Credit Card division and had to just about give them my whole life for something as simple as a Credit Card. I want to compliment Duduzile Mkhatshwa for her excellence of work and all she did for me in the massive effort that she had put in to help me to obtain my Credit Card from FNB Credit Card division. I am sure that if it was not for the excellent service provided by Duduzile, I would not have been in a place where I now have a Credit Card. The rating that I give is because of this lady's excellence of service to her clients at FNB Branch Cresta and not for the terrible treatment that I received from the Credit Card division.
I have done a credit card application and was told that its declined as there was an existing credit card account on the system which was eventually closed, got assisted By Dudu at the Cresta branch with resubmitting the application via client switching department, I got feedback from Dudu that the application was declined, she then enquired on the reason and was told its because of affordability. Id like to find out how am I not approved when my income is paid into FNB and they can clearly see the and are offering me an upgrade to Private client but fail to offer me a credit limit even if theres a minimum amount. I do not understand what criteria is required to get approved as I know I have a good credit score and disposable income to be able to AFFORD for the repayments. Can someone reassess my profile and give me feedback and clarity as it really doesnt make any sense. Also want to note that Dudu has been helpful during this process and has tried all she could to assist but I believe someone higher must intervene. I get approved for everything except a credit card *WHY*??
