Bridge Loan - Penbridge
NH Finance (a guy called Nathan) advised me back in August to approach them within 90 days of Retirement Annuity payout to apply for a bridge loan. Inside the 90 days I go and I am still being given the runaround as to whether they can asssist or not. Certainly wont recommend them.

Bridge Loan against Retirement Annuity
So far so good with Green Door Bridge Loans. Waiting on Retirement Annuity payout and got a R16000 bridge loan from Green Door. Lots of papers to fill out and questions to answer, but they know their stuff. Note they work from R300 000 annuities up. Not keen on the smaller amounts for business reasons.

Bridge loan against Retirement Annuity
They got the bridge loan but then came with stories. R14000 loan approved but then I got told they hold R4000 until RA papers are submitted to Life Insurance company 30 days before payout. At the end of the day, the loan was much smaller than expected. We needed the cash desperately otherwise I would never have signed.
