Deposit Refund from Apartment on Oak

Apartment on Oak by Pusle living is giving me a run arround with regards to recieveing my deposit refund back. I have always paid my rent on time and never missed a payment but now they have the audacity to ignore my emails and make empty promises with returning my deposit. The building manager, Basetsana Lesejane is Ignoring my messages and when I do get a hold of her on the phone she says she will call me back. I moved out end of April and had even written a formal notice for moving out, even though my contract was already month to month at this point. I am tired of doing follow ups and being ignored. I want my deposit refund back!
