**** ALERT
Don't use this site. NO MATTER WHAT?!?!? They exploit customers especially small business owners by: 1. Products not working and being advised to keep buying upgrades. 2. Discounted amounts are hiked at checkout. 3. Useless 'development' team. 4. When products don't work and have been flagged multiple times they don't even offer a refund for having wasted your time! This company needs to be closed tomorrow for outright *****!

MWEB- Your just another number in the sales funnel
If I could give them a negative rating I would. I recently joined up with them. Before any installation could be done I asked to increase my speeds (as I recently got a new job that requires higher speeds) and was assured that that was fine and I would not be charged any service fees again for the upgrade. Installation was done and I was still getting the wrong speeds later that day I got another service fee(I was charged twice) yet I still hadn't gotten the speeds I wanted. I've been given the run around for over a week and I still have the incorrect speeds and I start my new job on Monday. More frustrating still they still have the audacity to ask "But are you enjoying your current speeds though" when I call in.
