No Value for Money

I booked to do the Orchid Treat which was a great price R899 per couple. So I had my toe nails done prior to booking the massage, however the package came with a pedicure as one of the treatments, I then asked the masseuse that since my toe nails are already done, can she rather file & paint my finger nails instead, she then said she ll ask the manager, and the manager apparently said no. So I didn't get value for my money. Also they require you to pay at the door first before service is rendered, I've been to countless spas and never experienced such, I don't have a problem paying, it's just that it was weird as I've never experienced such from other Spas.
