I'm extremely impressed with the service I received from Letters Novela. He wad so calm when I was worried about whether my alternative number was captured he assured me he would male sure he captures it and contact the driver to make sure I get my package. He then followed up when the driver was here and told me he'd call me back again to make sure my package is intact. I truly appreciate his great work. Keep it up Letters.
I got a call from them and a agent said he'd like to give me a quote. Long story short he said it pay an amount of R1395 and I wrote down everything and he said it was a discounted amount on condition I take the insurance on the same day. Took it and at the end of the call he said he made a mistake with adding the discount but will have it fixed. Trusting them I waited and started moving my shortfall cover back to the bank a week later I decided to follow up the agent and manager made no investigation of what was said on the call and said they can not give me the premium I was promised I asked the girl to speak to the manager of which she was so snotty about and never gave me the chance to speak to the manager which leaves me to believe no manager was informed. Furthermore she was so quick to say we can cancel of which I did and told her how disgusting their service was and I will be more than happy to cancel she kept speaking over me telling me to have a nice day. I am very disappointed with pineapple I didn't know this is how you treat people I guess that's why you don't have a call centre. Anyway I'm happy I don't have to do business with you because I ask myself how would my claim be handled if I was treated like this during a sales pitch wow. Just promise things that you will never give just to lure customers.
