Poor workmanship, shocking customer service and misleading guarantees.

I had a car shade port installed. Paid on the date of completion. After the first rains the water did not drain off the one side. It accumulated and the shade cloth started sagging. The more water if held the heavier it got and the more it would sag. I have to use a broom to push the water over the edge to stop the whole structure from collapsing. I sent Victor ***ner) videos and requested he sort out the shoddy workmanship. He rep**** saying he would come and look the following day. He did not arrive. From then he did not answer any of my calls and did not bother to reply to my messages. I called the office and on each of the three occasions the receptionist told me she would call me back in 30 minutes after talking to Victor. She just lies to you. Never calls back or messages. I have sent numerous messages and made numerous calls to the owner. No response to any of it. At the bottom of their Invoice they state "THE SELLER GUARANTEES ITS WORKMANSHIP ....FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS. That statement is misleading.
