ECCO 32 LED HD TV

We made a purchase on the 25/05/2025 for the ECCO 32 LED HD TV on Takealot. Once received and tv set up the problem came when pushing the on button the tv keeps on freezing on the ECCO screen. We returned the tv and purchased another on the 07/06/2025 ECCO 32 LED HD TV just to realize for the second time that we are sitting with the exact same problem and had to return the TV again. This is frustrating that we bought 2 tv with exactly the same problem. You need to turn the tv off by the wall and turn it back on for it to be able to work. This is unexpectable and the issue need to be looked at.
