I would like to lay a complaint against a bus service called Wezwe. I booked a ticket for 15:30 pm from Johannesburg Park station as it says on the booking but when I got there and I asked to a sir about the bus I was told that the bus has been delayed and an sms has been sent out to people as I showed the person over the counter that I didn't receive any sms but he insisted that they did but I was patient enough to wait for the 17:30 pm as he said to me. Then we were told to stand in a que the bus has arrived. There were 2 guys that were counting us but what was dodge about what they are doing is that they not weighing our luggages but they are saying we need to pay R50 even if you have a small bag which is I fought with them regarding that. After that they took us out of park station we went down the road where the bus was at another dodge thing, then when we got inside the bus does not have the charging ports shocking and the drivers telling passengers to sit at back the first four sits shouldn't be occupied by any. Then the bus left the Harrison street @18:30 pm thinking we are leaving Johannesburg not knowing we going to a gas station to fill up a tank before we live we stood there for 3 hours I asked the drivers what's the matter and they said that they are waiting for the owners to pay for the diesel but when we calling the number that is on my email the person said he will find out and get back at me but he never did that but when I tried again to contact the number it kept on going on voicemail. We left between 20:00-21:00 pm from the and on the road they stop everywhere That was the worst thing I've ever in my life come across with. No customer service at all and the number it's a cellphone number I would never recommend this bus to anyone Wezwe or Jj Gerste at the counter is written Louman Logistics
