This is literally the worst experience ever, if possible can this company be closed, because all they do is **** people, they literally send you a message 2 hours before your departure time telling you that you bus is delayed to the next day, nect thing you get to the station they tell you a bus will be available 2 hours later, you try call their customer service number the guy is so rude and you can tell that he doesn't know his story this will definitely be on the papers and ill make sure of it all social networks will be alerted for people's safety.

I got to the station and was told that the bus ticket I am purchasing is for Delta, these guys took my money and as I was about to leave I was told that wezwe had already left, called the number on the receipt they gave me attitude and told me it's my fault that the bus left, with the very last money I had and they told me I will get a refund where I bought the ticket, now I am stuck in cape town, and have no way of getting back home because of stupid people who think they are smarter thank everyone else. God be with them.

I would like to lay a complaint against a bus service called Wezwe. I booked a ticket for 15:30 pm from Johannesburg Park station as it says on the booking but when I got there and I asked to a sir about the bus I was told that the bus has been delayed and an sms has been sent out to people as I showed the person over the counter that I didn't receive any sms but he insisted that they did but I was patient enough to wait for the 17:30 pm as he said to me. Then we were told to stand in a que the bus has arrived. There were 2 guys that were counting us but what was dodge about what they are doing is that they not weighing our luggages but they are saying we need to pay R50 even if you have a small bag which is I fought with them regarding that. After that they took us out of park station we went down the road where the bus was at another dodge thing, then when we got inside the bus does not have the charging ports shocking and the drivers telling passengers to sit at back the first four sits shouldn't be occupied by any. Then the bus left the Harrison street @18:30 pm thinking we are leaving Johannesburg not knowing we going to a gas station to fill up a tank before we live we stood there for 3 hours I asked the drivers what's the matter and they said that they are waiting for the owners to pay for the diesel but when we calling the number that is on my email the person said he will find out and get back at me but he never did that but when I tried again to contact the number it kept on going on voicemail. We left between 20:00-21:00 pm from the and on the road they stop everywhere That was the worst thing I've ever in my life come across with. No customer service at all and the number it's a cellphone number I would never recommend this bus to anyone Wezwe or Jj Gerste at the counter is written Louman Logistics

Got a horrible service with Wezwe Their employee his name is Andrew checked my ticket twice but still put me in a wrong bus I'm sure the company have footage for that I was going to East London and told me to go in a Gauteng bus. NEGLIGENCE, rushing for a graduation had to make means to get there trying to get help from social media and dealing with ****mers as well. Had to use my own money to hike from Beaufort west to East london as women is risky no one got back to me as I reported and I'm not refunded they told to buy my ticket way back as well. Spoke with Andrew on the call who gave me attitude acting arrogant he told I should deal with the company not him the same person who made me to go through hell.

Good afternoon Ticketpro and Wezwecoaches companies. I'm here launching a complain about the bus ticket of R1200 that I bought from your website on the 13-10-2024. The bus service company which was written on the ticket was Wezwecoaches. I noticed that the price for the bus ticket paid and the bus service company that was allocated from Cape Town Bus station to Johannesburg Park station was really substandard service and did not worth for my ticket price of R1200. The ticket was written that the bus will leave Cape Town Bus station on the 24-10-2024 at 19h00 evening and arrive in Johannesburg Park station on the 25-10-2024 at 10h00 morning. I'm really not happy due to the following reasons: 1. The bus was really not clean inside and not comfortable. 2. The bus had many stops due to the people who were drinking alcohol in the bus. 3. The bus service did not worth the ticket price of R1200 as compared to other bus companies whereby I even regrated myself that I was supposed to just take Intercape Bus that could worth this ticket price of R1200. 4. The bus did not arrive at 10h00 as indicated on the bus ticket and instead the bus arrived in Johannesburg Park station at 14h05. Meaning this bus was delayed by 3 to 4 hours which is unacceptable and this means that the ticket time was not considered or followed and that's very bad to me as customer 5. I was expecting the bus service to correspond or worth with greater service for the ticket price of R1200 which I paid for and I ran away from Intercape bus service thinking that the bus service ticket price of R1200 from Ticketpro company should be offering greater services than the other bus company, I find it very dissapointing. I really feel like the Ticketpro company is playing a robbing game by advertising service that are not provided by bus companies. I did not expect that when I arrive in the bus station I will find the bus that look like City to City bus company that only worth for R500 or R600 from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I really complain because I paid a lot of money which do not worth for the bus that was allocated for this trip. I would like to believe that the Ticketpro and Wezwecoaches should take responsibility to refund me 50% of the ticket price of R1200 since the bus which was utilised does not worth for greater service for the price of R1200. I really batch that I will never ever buy a ticket from Ticketpro company since this incident look like a **** and seems like there is no strict regulation of all bus companies that are registered under the Ticketpro website. This bus company is run and driven by Zimbwabweans. Please I urge everyone to avoid using Ticketpro online services and Wezwe coaches so that you do not find yourself in a similar situation like myself. The only painful part is that Ticketpro and Wezwecoaches companies refused to take accountability and responsibility for their services rendered to me as customer, I even send them attachments of ticket and image of the bus as an evidence to support my statement.
