Got a horrible service with Wezwe Their employee his name is Andrew checked my ticket twice but still put me in a wrong bus I'm sure the company have footage for that I was going to East London and told me to go in a Gauteng bus. NEGLIGENCE, rushing for a graduation had to make means to get there trying to get help from social media and dealing with ****mers as well. Had to use my own money to hike from Beaufort west to East london as women is risky no one got back to me as I reported and I'm not refunded they told to buy my ticket way back as well. Spoke with Andrew on the call who gave me attitude acting arrogant he told I should deal with the company not him the same person who made me to go through hell.
