This is literally the worst experience ever, if possible can this company be closed, because all they do is **** people, they literally send you a message 2 hours before your departure time telling you that you bus is delayed to the next day, nect thing you get to the station they tell you a bus will be available 2 hours later, you try call their customer service number the guy is so rude and you can tell that he doesn't know his story this will definitely be on the papers and ill make sure of it all social networks will be alerted for people's safety.
