Good afternoon Ticketpro and Wezwecoaches companies.
I'm here launching a complain about the bus ticket of R1200 that I bought from your website on the 13-10-2024. The bus service company which was written on the ticket was Wezwecoaches. I noticed that the price for the bus ticket paid and the bus service company that was allocated from Cape Town Bus station to Johannesburg Park station was really substandard service and did not worth for my ticket price of R1200. The ticket was written that the bus will leave Cape Town Bus station on the 24-10-2024 at 19h00 evening and arrive in Johannesburg Park station on the 25-10-2024 at 10h00 morning.
I'm really not happy due to the following reasons: 1. The bus was really not clean inside and not comfortable. 2. The bus had many stops due to the people who were drinking alcohol in the bus. 3. The bus service did not worth the ticket price of R1200 as compared to other bus companies whereby I even regrated myself that I was supposed to just take Intercape Bus that could worth this ticket price of R1200. 4. The bus did not arrive at 10h00 as indicated on the bus ticket and instead the bus arrived in Johannesburg Park station at 14h05. Meaning this bus was delayed by 3 to 4 hours which is unacceptable and this means that the ticket time was not considered or followed and that's very bad to me as customer 5. I was expecting the bus service to correspond or worth with greater service for the ticket price of R1200 which I paid for and I ran away from Intercape bus service thinking that the bus service ticket price of R1200 from Ticketpro company should be offering greater services than the other bus company, I find it very dissapointing.
I really feel like the Ticketpro company is playing a robbing game by advertising service that are not provided by bus companies. I did not expect that when I arrive in the bus station I will find the bus that look like City to City bus company that only worth for R500 or R600 from Cape Town to Johannesburg.
I really complain because I paid a lot of money which do not worth for the bus that was allocated for this trip. I would like to believe that the Ticketpro and Wezwecoaches should take responsibility to refund me 50% of the ticket price of R1200 since the bus which was utilised does not worth for greater service for the price of R1200. I really batch that I will never ever buy a ticket from Ticketpro company since this incident look like a **** and seems like there is no strict regulation of all bus companies that are registered under the Ticketpro website. This bus company is run and driven by Zimbwabweans.
Please I urge everyone to avoid using Ticketpro online services and Wezwe coaches so that you do not find yourself in a similar situation like myself.
The only painful part is that Ticketpro and Wezwecoaches companies refused to take accountability and responsibility for their services rendered to me as customer, I even send them attachments of ticket and image of the bus as an evidence to support my statement.
