Future sonie helps on WhatsApp too. I got a number for one of their branches. messaged them on the 4th of November and was told to revert back on the 15th. On the 15th when I messaged them again I was asked for documents to see if I qualify. Which I did. I was then referred to the Cape town branch as it was closer to my location. Today is the 22nd of November. After sending me up and down to the police station for an affidavit and relevant documentation I'm still not assisted. First I was told I qualified for R4000 and then suddenly it was reduced to R2000 but the process just can't be concluded and the loan just don't pay out. I've called and I've texted. Consultant would've called me back twice. Never happened. The phone was dropped while talking to the consultant. They have been dragging this application for three weeks. I've asked to speak to a supervisor, also with no success. This is the most rediculous service I have ever, and I mean ever received in my life. We are desperate for loans. If you apply you need the loan like in yesterday. How the hell can you drag a loan application for 3weeks. These consultants of Future Sonie are *********** and they are selfish. Future Sonie should rather not do business or get other more reliable consultants. I will try somewhere else. You will loose alot of business because of this!!!!
Bayport consolidated my debt and paid all my accounts on 29th of May. I received my salary on the 30th so 2 of my debit orders still went off. Atlas finance and Lendplus. On the same day I received my refund from Atlas when I send them my statement as proof that they deducted from my account as well. As for Lendplus... Today is the 18th. I haven't received anything up till today. On 2 June I contacted Lendplus and was asked to send proof of payment from Bayport as they only see the payment that was deducted from my salary. Which I did the same day. I was promised a refund within 3-5 days. On the 9th I've contacted them again as no refund was received yet. I was then promised that the refund will show in my account on the Tuesday by 8pm. On Wednesday the 10th I contacted them again as I still have not received the refund. I was told that the proof of payment was not in PDF format. I then sent it on the same day in the way they requested. I was then promised a refund within another 3-5 days. On Saturday I did a follow up. I was informed that the refund was processed and that the money will reflect in my account by yesterday before 8pm. Last night when I checked my account an amount of R17 was paid in my account and not the whole amount that was deducted.. This is unacceptable. How do you process a refund of R17 without noticing that it's not right. I think they are doing it on purpose to delay the process. Meanwhile I'm left without money till my next payday. I've been without food for days. Have to eat at my mom's as I was depending on this money. And I don't want to take out a new loan. Why do I have to if I have the money that Lendplus owes me. It's not money I owe them or I stole from them but now I have to struggle and beg for my own money! Lendplus just don't care!
