Bad experience
Never met an *********** loan provider like them I app**** on Monday was following up the whole week contacting my employer regarding confirmation all was done I approved their debi check mandate and I was certain that all is done then the consultant tells me that they don't help call center employees I asked about the Debi check she said she was gonna cancel it should it run I'm taking them to the ombudsman because it's still active on my app

Borrowed money from them my problem is they deducted twice and when I call their number they said the dont work there i do have the manager numbers 0661529830 that I was given by a lady called palesa with cellphone 0789439769 I just want to knw about two debit other on the same day R2490 and R2445

Future sonie financial services.
They deduct my account three times in December and I am struggling to get my refund and I desperately need money to run December errands. That's how bad they are.

Terrible customer service ever!!!!
Future sonie helps on WhatsApp too. I got a number for one of their branches. messaged them on the 4th of November and was told to revert back on the 15th. On the 15th when I messaged them again I was asked for documents to see if I qualify. Which I did. I was then referred to the Cape town branch as it was closer to my location. Today is the 22nd of November. After sending me up and down to the police station for an affidavit and relevant documentation I'm still not assisted. First I was told I qualified for R4000 and then suddenly it was reduced to R2000 but the process just can't be concluded and the loan just don't pay out. I've called and I've texted. Consultant would've called me back twice. Never happened. The phone was dropped while talking to the consultant. They have been dragging this application for three weeks. I've asked to speak to a supervisor, also with no success. This is the most rediculous service I have ever, and I mean ever received in my life. We are desperate for loans. If you apply you need the loan like in yesterday. How the hell can you drag a loan application for 3weeks. These consultants of Future Sonie are *********** and they are selfish. Future Sonie should rather not do business or get other more reliable consultants. I will try somewhere else. You will loose alot of business because of this!!!!

Commission not payed
I am an agent at this company, I bring business but they take me as a full and other agents are complaining too . They think one can work for free and they will tell u they are paying your commission but nothing for weeks , an easy cash sent , takes 3 weeks to get I have not even had my commission payed till date . Biggest mistake working as an agent for this company.

Worst company
Have had the worst experience with this company, never helps you and when you want to get help they will take a week to offer assistance, myself and my husband have both had the worst experience with this company so far and even the Boss is not as good as they say they are.

Have had the worst experience with this company, never helps you and when you want to get help they will take a week to offer assistance, myself and my husband have both had the worst experience with this company so far and even the Boss is not as good as they say they are.

Threats from future sonie
A masibulele Madlala from Future sonie Pietermaritzburg is a **** and a ******** who threatens women ,I was in arrears with them but I was making arrangements with one collector from them to make payment arrangements, I was cooperating but he showed up barking in my workplace and demanded I accept a debit order irregardless of the fact that I was already making payment arrangements, he's a ******** and I hope everyone stays away from this company no matter how desperate you are , they are ******* loansharks who show up at your workplace and threaten you ,not to mention their insane interest , stay away from them !!!

They didnt pay any long after I app**** on last week Wednesday. 18 /02 Then debited twice from my account on this Friday 28/02 Then they say that I should have stopped the debicheck at the branch, but the branch could.not stop a Debi check
