Shattered and disappointed at QVC ! I have been a member with QVC for years beyond my recollection and probably only used them for bookings in the last 2-3 years. I have recently lost my job and with been 63 and recovering from cancer, finding another job has been tough. I am forced to move in with my kids as a result of this financial distress. I contacted QVC and advised them that I wish to cancel as I do not have the funds to pay them any longer. After all these years they are holding me to a ransome of R9K. I just do not have the money, and I can't afford this. Surely after all the period and time that I have been with QVC this should not be the case. This is just stress that is not needed now and the total lack of empathy or understanding from QVC is horrific ! QVC 2112
