I’ve reached out multiple times via phone and messages regarding the exchange of my item , and I have yet to receive any response from them. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have no choice but to share my experience publicly across social media and other platforms where your company has a presence. I believe others should be aware of the kind of service I’ve received. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally
Dear Pa Dear pair I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing delay regarding the exchange of my item. Despite previous communication and assurances at the Fourways mall store( pair Studio) , I am still waiting, and there has been no progress or update on the matter. This delay is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I expected a much more efficient and reliable service, and it is disappointing that the issue remains unresolved after such a long time. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I would appreciate a clear explanation for the delay and, more importantly, an immediate update on when the collection and exchange will take place. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [24–48 hours], I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further. I look forward to your prompt reply.
