Disappointed
As a person who believes in supporting local brands, this one really disappointed me and it really sets a very bad tone for the local clothing industry. I have nothing but to say that they will not fulfill your order, you will not receive your parcel or refund. They somehow have time for photoshoots but no time to tend to their customers. If there was an option for no star, I’d put it up.

Disappointed
As a person who believes in supporting local brands, this one really disappointed me and it really sets a very bad tone for the local clothing industry. No Such Thing As Customer Service At Godspeed!
I am really disappointed in the lack of customer service from Godspeed, my order was delivered incomplete and one of the items had stains on it. I've tried to reach out via WhatsApp and through emails however they just read my messages without responding or acknowledging my queries.I should have checked their reviews before making my purchase, to say I am disappointed is actually an understatement! regarding the exchange of my item , and I have yet to receive any response from them. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am really disappointed in the lack of customer service from Godspeed, my order was delivered incomplete and one of the items had stains on it. Fly-By-Night Company
Not a review, but a WARNING To all future service providers: this business operates like a fly-by-night company. I would not advise any body to do any services for this business. The owner of this business seems to think that people work for free. He demands that work is done timeously for him, and when its time for you to get paid, he has evey excuse in the book. Here are some examples i have been told in the past 4 months: - I've got family issues - Supersport owes me(every month supersport owes this guy i dont get it) - it slipped my mind Now, unfortunately, he has owed so many other service providers, that he will confidently recommend for you to small claims court, knowing very well he will plead poverty in court and settle to pay you R1 a day for the rest of your life (very ****my behaviour by the way) So unfortunately, i probably wont ever get my money, and so im writing this as a warning to other service providers and business', be careful of GodSpeed Clothing and its Owner Ephy Mooka

Bad customer treatment ..Lairs and Lairs
Purchase on the 31/06/2025 and till today 1/08/2025, I have not received my order. Unacceptable service as I was promised to receive my order in 7-10 working days. Tried communicating with them theu facebook ,whatsapp ,instagram they no longer reading my massage sometime on Instagram they just blue tick me im afraid i have been ****ed ...what kind of bussines is this no more shame..

I Bought a 'mathambo Jersey' and the shirt on the 6th March 2025, and havent received them since then. They ghost you when u approach them...found myself talking to them via all the online media (email, whatsapp ,facebook and instagram). They been using weird excuses, lies and sending empty promises. The last state of my order has been said its "on its way" but its been like that since the 12th March.... when i ask for refund, they say i cannot get it because they have already used it to order the material for the items ive ordered...... im highly disapointed by them. Please never trust Godspeeed/moregodspeed.co.za
