No Such Thing As Customer Service At Godspeed!

I am really disappointed in the lack of customer service from Godspeed, my order was delivered incomplete and one of the items had stains on it. I've tried to reach out via WhatsApp and through emails however they just read my messages without responding or acknowledging my queries.I should have checked their reviews before making my purchase, to say I am disappointed is actually an understatement!

regarding the exchange of my item , and I have yet to receive any response from them. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have no choice but to share my experience publicly across social media and other platforms where your company has a presence. I believe others should be aware of the kind of service I’ve received.
