I am really disappointed in the lack of customer service from Godspeed, my order was delivered incomplete and one of the items had stains on it. I've tried to reach out via WhatsApp and through emails however they just read my messages without responding or acknowledging my queries.I should have checked their reviews before making my purchase, to say I am disappointed is actually an understatement! regarding the exchange of my item , and I have yet to receive any response from them. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I regret trying to support this business, after a week of waiting for my delivery they don't even bother to respond to my WhatsApp msg's when I inform them that the tracking number they provided is not in the courier service database. My word of advice - stay away from Black Nompopi, you might as well just flush your money down the drain
I called on the 12th of July requesting to change my date of payment to the 31st and it was confirmed that it had been changed. Today (27th July) my account was suspended because I have an outstanding amount of R476 (apparently the R76 is the reconnection fee but I was notified about this outstanding amount on the 15th) I called the call centre and spoke to 3 different agents and I was told that my query has been escalated and they will call back within 3 hours (I've been waiting for more than 3 hours for that call back). I didn't get any assistance because I was told that the system was offline but it's simply cause they didn't know how to explain what was happening on their end, I don't understand how the payment date was changed but the "system" didn't pick it up immediately.
