Black Nompopi is a scam
I regret trying to support this business, after a week of waiting for my delivery they don't even bother to respond to my WhatsApp msg's when I inform them that the tracking number they provided is not in the courier service database. My word of advice - stay away from Black Nompopi, you might as well just flush your money down the drain

Black Nompopi is a scam
I regret trying to support this business, after a week of waiting for my delivery they don't even bother to respond to my WhatsApp msg's when I inform them that the tracking number they provided is not in the courier service database. My word of advice - stay away from Black Nompopi, you might as well just flush your money down the drain

Most horrible service, huge scammers. They will waste ur time and money.. i have ordered hair in Aden 2020 it’s been 9 months no show or communication, they blue tick my texts and ignore my calls. I just my money back

i ordered hair from Black Nompopi Online on Friday the 6th of March 2020, i was asked to send my details which i did. on Monday the 9th of March i sent them a watsapp message to inquire how long it would take for my order to arrive. i was just blue ticked, no response. on the 10th of March i sent them a message asking for a refund and again no response. I have been scammed. they are always online but do not take the time to respond. these people are crooks!

She is always on WhatsApp but hardly answers calls or messages. Dodges me like the plague and still advertises new products weekly. Black Nompopi Online - Terrible service
The lady running this business is extremely unprofessional. Her business profile says delivery of hair takes 3-7 working days. I have been waiting for a month now, all she says is "I m waiting for your delivery details". For 4 weeks this is the only response I get. I asked her for a refund and she refused, saying my order has already been processed and I should wait for delivery details. I asked her for my order number so I can track my order with Aramex but she is now ignoring my messages! I am very frustrated with this business.
