I opened a policy with this bank on November December they did not debit ,January I paid the money on the 30th today again no debit was made I'm trying to make a payment the guy tell me my policy was canceled I dnt know by who and why ,and if it's cancelled why dis they accept my money that I made a , you are a **** I want my money back
I had purchased a set of pots with a voucher that I had won from Nestle,but ddnt quite like the set I chose, I asked for exchanged ,they offered to pick them up for free and deliver them for free ,refunded me the money I had paid over on my order ,they respond promptly their service with Ram couriers Is more than 5 starts. IL be back for more putchases
I made a cash send on Wednesday,it was not redeemable I went to the bank same Wednesday the only thing they can do is gv me reference as they don't ha e cash send department number they can call I can only send an email,I called Thursday they stil saying escalated mind u Friday is a holiday and long weekend, I call today I'm stil told it has been escalated from Wednesday till today escalated and they tell me again ESCALATED ,HOW HARD IS IT TO CALL USAVE TO REFUND THE MONEY AS IT WAS NOT TAKEN ,CAPITEC LA BORA IM DEFINITELY TAKING MY FAMILY AWAY FROM SUCH MEDIOCRE.
I hv been on the call for 20 months they keep putting me on hold and decide to drop on my ear Called again now its 22 minutes on hold no help nonwhatsoever its been over a week no delivery now the second week is finishing its Friday Next they don't deliver on weekends Of u want stress pls use dis services absolute trash.
So month of June the 14th went into the store to buy 9kg cylinder when I got to the department a sales man tells me they dnt hv it,I settle for the 7kg because of the loadshedding so I paid to evn fill it with gas,as we go outside to fill I see the 9kg but I'm like I want this one initially, so the guy just open a gastank filler he stops and ask security if we can sto so i can refund the 7kg so I can get 9kg he had just open the gas filler to pump ,security says no continue we can take the air out,so wen I go to refunds they tell me they can't refund as it's been filled , I ask can u pls keep it when another client wants it gv them this one call me to add the money get wat I want. They tell me it's hazardous they can't, I'm sick from the doctor can't fight this now leave the cylinder with my receipt in the store wrote my numbersin the back ,no call nothing 2 mnth later I follow up with customer service guess what my cylinder they can't find it anywer probably staff helped themselves to it. Im told to come get refund no sorry for not getting in contact with u not evn a 100 voucher to apologies 2 full month without my goods no communication just refund they are still investigating what a poor customer service.
So called paxi customer care to explain problems iv been experiencing at one of the pep wer I'm trying to send a package the guy on the phone keeps putting me on hold a d wen he comes back he dsnt gv me a satisfying answer I ask to speak to a manager or someone In charge they tell me they can't come to the phone they must take my details dy will call which dy never do , such a disgrace just close it down bcz not only customer service is slow but ur rules changes every mnth which Is frustrating πππππππthis is my time and airtime I hv just wasted.
I'm still waiting for my refund on clientele rewards that I never used till today and ur debit check cancel it on my banking app.
I signed up for CLIENTELLE perks on August because it was my son's birthday hoping to use the movie tickets, when we got the the nu metro people tried so many times ddnt work, they debited my money sep October November and december I cancelled thi as iv never used their so called perks they send email saying it has been canceled but stil deducting my money, worst service ever
Iv been calling them after I place an order for hair they not responding evn on watsup they bluetick only
