Unhappy with Godspeed

I’ve reached out multiple times via phone and messages regarding the exchange of my item , and I have yet to receive any response from them. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have no choice but to share my experience publicly across social media and other platforms where your company has a presence. I believe others should be aware of the kind of service I’ve received.
