Rude, unprofessional and vultures

They add on intrest for outstanding school fees which is a massive jump from what was originally owed their staff is rude and always threaten ppl we had a death in the family and this lady said she don't care and what does this have to do with what we owe.... Really now we needed to assist with the funeral.... Can someone please let me know what ombudsman I need to approach for their ********* practice please they making me feel depressed and I want to know what the original debt was as the school refuse to provide the necessary details but it's not R6000 from maybe R930....
