They surprise me every time I order online. They are fast to make arrangements for courier collection and have a great range of products available. I must add that the items have been consistently well packaged on every order. Thank you, Jungle aquatics for great service! :)

Takealot - Unreliable and lack of service.
On Monday morning, I initiated contact with Takealot regarding an urgent purchase. Despite moving from discussing initial 'same-day delivery options' to being assured the shipment would be marked as 'high priority,' the items remain undelivered on day four (x4). The performance of the customer service agents has been wholly inadequate. There has been a complete failure to follow up or follow through on commitments. I have been left waiting extended periods for simple email replies that should warrant ten seconds of an agent's time, and even then, I receive no actionable plan. If this constitutes 'high-priority' handling, I have serious concerns for the service reliability afforded to your general customer base. My Takealot profile explicitly stated, 'Delivery by Thursday 11 December,' which by definition sets the latest expected delivery date. I am now being informed that delivery will not occur today, effectively violating the promised delivery timeframe. This level of incompetence and demonstrably poor customer service is deeply disappointing and unacceptable." Big disappointment, Takealot!
