THIEVING ********S! Not a real cleaning company

Absolute thieving ********S! I paid a deposit and was assured that the team would show up on the morning of the job. However, they failed to appear as promised. At 10:20 AM, I received a message stating they had realized no one was on-site and were "making a plan." Despite this, I heard nothing further until I began calling at 11:30 AM. Their response finally came at 6 PM with an excuse about attending a funeral, though the background noise suggested they were at a party. I reported the issue to the Linden Police and FNB, and while they have been promising a refund since May 30th, I have yet to receive any payment. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and *************.
