VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FREELANCER

While i was completing my profile to start work on my freelancer account, being very excited. A notification was being sent by an agent from freelancer to Apply to Verify my account on freelancer and i jumped to the opportunity to get everything set up faster and activate my premier membership that will be $99 pm . To my surprise this application for this verification was also $99 . And a interview that i could not understand why at that point ,but made sense they wanted to make sure of your identity. NOW!!! that i realised i made the wrong choice there is no customer service or agent that can help me sort uit this misunderstanding. i have made many attempts to sort this out to get my refund and activate my premier membership, but still no assistance or support from Freelancer.
