We bought Kool Energy Trolley Inverters in January 2023, on 23 February 2023, the inverter was not working. Elite acknowledge that the inverter was faulty. They collect the inverted in in the first week of March 2023. The inverter was returned to us after numerous follow-up on 3 May 2023. On 30 May 2023, we reported that the inverter was not working and till today, they have ignored us and refused to give us our money back. We did not use the inverter at all and I believe they took advantage of us because at that time there was loadshedding. The least that they could have done is return our money back because they knew that the inverter was faulty.
