Worst service ever
I ordered material on 22 May and paid the full invoice. I have now cancelled the order and requested my money back. Still nothing from Cape Town office. a guy from Durban office is trying to assist me as he "feels sympathy for my circumstances. Waiting since 24 June for my refund.

Absolutely terrible service

Yesterday I got hold of Anna on +2721300584 and again this > morning. Still no response. Is 4 weeks normal for deliveries? On Friday I got a call from a Durban employee trying to help me and said the onliine business was a mess and he would ask Simon the Cape Town operations Manager to contact me but nothing.
