I called customer relations in order seek help with an issue, the first call was answered and I was told I was going to get transferred but it hung up so I called again more than 3 times and when I answered I was told by an operator that the customer relations person doesn’t not want my call to be transferred to her. Im very disappointed how the customer relations person handled the situation, but I’m glad the operator found someone else to help me
