I settled with capfin, received my paid up letter and it showed there's an amount they're owing me however they are still debiting my account. This company is ridiculous and it's so difficult to get into contact with anyone.
I have been having the worst experience imaginable with Vodacom. The call centres are absolutely useless and unhelpful. They are also extremely rude and have no telephone etiquette. I have been waiting for 2 months now for a refund. At the end of April I was promised a refund in 7 to 14 days, ever since then I have been reaching out to vodacom weekly and have received no joy. They are so quick to take money that doesn't belong to them but when it comes time to actually pay back money they make you run around and just apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is nothing convenient about dealing with vodacom. I wait weeks for responses via email, calls get transferred from one person to the next, it's always someone new giving you their own version of events. When I requested a copy of my call recordings I was laughed at by one of their employees who also refused to let me to speak to a manager. When I had asked for their Head office number he told me to phone 135 and ask them for Head office number. I am so frustrated when it comes to this company ...it's been 2 months and still no refund. Pathetic service
