Pathetic Customer Service

OMG! this companies customer services stinks. As a customer I followed up almost daily to get my paving delivered. I almost wrote my money off and was about to purchase from DBN. I was not told the paving is in JHB. I asked the Q what happens if I pay and don't get my stock. Owe Ryan says he runs a business so he is reliable....BS. Almost a month later 06 of the 08 pallets arrive. So now the follow ups start all over. Eventually I bought 02 pallets from Corobrik to finish my job. The 2 pallets finally arrived 18th of June 2025. Ryan is always travelling and lets not ask Pinky any questions, she's still getting back to me. Guys its not nice bad mouthing businesses because we all want to grow BUT really now, I was stressed coz this was +16K involved. The price was good but the headache wasn't worth it. I can't explain how bad this was, I had to pay my contractor more for wasted time. I have plenty of whastapp messages and the lack of responses can give HBP. I will never recommend this company irrespective of the price, its not worth the stress. Don't get fooled by their website, its definitely a lie just to paint a good picture but is not paired with the honesty and trust. That's my experience, wish I could attached my messages as screenshots.
