Inkosinathi debt counseling an ABSOLUTE PATHETIC debt counseling business
LITERALLY the worst freaken company to deal with!!! NOBODY knows what's going on and if ever u call/whatsapp/email for help "WHICH IS WHAT THEY SUPPOSED TO BE DOING" it's always excuses with a response "they will need to get back to you" WHICH THEY never do!!!! For a company handling people's finances and trying to help them get their life's together, they REALLY need to get their shot together.... I have been with them from 2020 which they informed me will take 2-3 years to clear my debt.... At the end of the 3 years WITH NO NOTICE might I add!!!! They had just stopped paying the creditors!!! DID NOT COMPLETE the service left me still in debt which everytime I tried to find out as to why this had happened I was greeted by an UNCONSCIOUS lady by the name of Charlene who was NEVER any help and was CLUELESS what she actually does there... To who passed me over to a lady named Mary then passed me back to Charlene as NOBODY knew what the **** was going on there!!!!! I eventually just ended up paying the remainder of my debt off by myself, but have now been left in the dark as to where to go from here!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and DISGUSTING service to use... STAY AWAY...

Pathetic and disgusting service from Momentum
Absolutely pathetic service from Momentum!! I have been trying to get my "funds at work" money from FEBRUARY which is when I left my previous job and everytime I call to enquire about what seems tk be the hold up they can never give me an answer!!! It's always excuses with absolutely NO RESULTS with no HELP from any of the consultants!!! It's always "I need to send an email" which never gets any response!! I call in (that's if I actually get to speak to someone and if I ever do they put you on hold for RIDICULOUS amount of time and then cut it at the end) they tell me they will send an email to the manager to ask why is there a hold up on my case!!!! It's been 5 MONTHS with absolutely no luck!!! It is tiring and absolutely frustrating that businesses like this have no problem taking money from you every month with absolutely NO ISSUES!!!! BUT FOR YOU TO GET THE MONEY YOU HAVE PAID AND SAVED FOR SENT TO YOU is a complete and utter **** SHOW!!!
