March 2025 I bought an item from the Meister Market and required an exchange as the size was abit small. After several emails between Lezane Zaayman-marketing administrator on Lezane.Leroux@jagermeister.co.za and I, the item has not been fetched. She takes weeks to respond to emails and when she does it's not progressive. at some point she told me she is on leave. I really liked the Meister brand hence i didnt want a refund but an exchange and i had hoped to get more in future, Lezane has made us never want to use it again. She is happy to flaunt the brand all over her socials but doesn't do her job in keeping clients happy. Because of her meistermarket has surely lost alot of clients.
