Defective Cooler Box- Very Disappointed ☹️
I purchased a Justice Mukheli Retro Cooler Box as a gift for my partner from Jagermeister on 31 July 2025. Unfortunately it started leaking the first time he used it. Water drips out even when it’s only partially filled. I excepted a durable product especially for the price. We reached out to Lezane Le Roux who is a Marketing Administrator and responsible for exchanging or refunding but we haven’t received any helpful feedback yet. I requested for a refund. It’s been 2 months now, the item has not been fetched. She takes weeks to respond. I’m very disappointed with the quality of her service. I wouldn’t recommend this cooler or any of their products for that matter unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered for jagermister branded shooter glasses and I got them in 2 days..I dint have hustles should have given them 5 stars but the poor communication of you want to ask something no one responds.

Never order from Meister Market online, it is a ****. The address on the website in Midrand is not even the correct address! No phone number to get in touch, only an email and you will never get any reply.

March 2025 I bought an item from the Meister Market and required an exchange as the size was abit small. After several emails between Lezane Zaayman-marketing administrator on Lezane.Leroux@jagermeister.co.za and I, the item has not been fetched. She takes weeks to respond to emails and when she does it's not progressive. at some point she told me she is on leave. I really liked the Meister brand hence i didnt want a refund but an exchange and i had hoped to get more in future, Lezane has made us never want to use it again. She is happy to flaunt the brand all over her socials but doesn't do her job in keeping clients happy. Because of her meistermarket has surely lost alot of clients.

Meister Market is useless
Ordered goods from Meister market almost 2 months ago, even paid for faster shipping never got my items or just an email letting me know what is going on. Also sent multiple emails. No response.

Bought items from the Meister Market, paid in full only received half of my order. No communication from them after sending multiple emails. Requested a refund, still no communication. This is absolutely TERRIBLE service!!
